Wordless Wednesday: Curious Fawns

ChurchillPrairieDeer_IMG_1115

Almost wordless: I watched a doe and three fawns cross the nature trail when I was out walking last week. Two of them stopped to look at me before finally obeying mom and scampering off into the woods.

Great capture! Sometimes they will sit still long enough for a photo.

What beauties! I used to see deer quite often when I walked in Auburn. Their beauty never failed to take my breath away.

Love it! I have seen so many deer already this year, sadly I think they are hungry and looking for food after all this snow.

Such pretty creatures. We have some that live in the woods a few yards away and a few times each month I’ll catch them hanging out in our yeard. I could watch them for hours 🙂
