Wordless Wednesday: Alvin!!
Almost Wordless: Every chipmunk I see in the yard is Alvin, Theodore or Simon. And this year I sure have a lot of them.

For some reason I can tolerate these critters much better than those pesky squirrels….cute Leslie

The biggest problem I have with them is they like to dig up my flower pots. They can’t get to the bird feeders so they sit underneath and clean up whatever is spilled.

No singing but sometimes they will make an annoying chipping noise for hours!

My parents feed chipmunks peanuts on the deck at their summer place. With all the peanuts, the chippies at the cottage are not shy at all. The chipmunks stay for the winter, my parents drive south. So whose place is it?!
Such a beautiful shot, thank you for sharing.
There are some ‘munks around my house, but in contrast I truly almost never see them.

These little guys are pretty bold. They will come right up to me, give me a stare, and then scamper away. They live under my garden shed. I gave up years ago trying to stop them from tunneling under there.

Such and adorable face! I love squirrels and chipmunks, I often take walks close to home with nuts in my pockets just for them!
