Hi Leslie,
‘The Story Of Stuff’ jumped off the page at me, definitely one I should consider buying for my husband. We have many heated debates about the state of our country (UK) and society in general and he will always expound the same theory, that we have to consume less before anything will start to change, I guess this book will just uphold that view and then some!

That’s true. Our economy depends on us buying more stuff. I like to see our old stuff get passed on or repurposed rather than go in a landfill.
