Wordless Wednesday: Wild Turkeys
The turkeys don’t like to stop and pose for photos. They are always running away. The faster I chase after them the quicker they move.

Wow — Catnigny Gardens looks like a wonderful place. I’ll have to go there next time I’m in that area. My dad lives in a small town in rural Wisconsin, so I see my wild turkeys there. 🙂

You won’t be disappointed. That is my favorite place for bird watching, nature trails and enjoying their beautiful gardens. It’s even lovely there in the winter.

Oh my goodness — you know, they’re sort of scary! I think I would scream and duck if I saw them hovering outside my window!

And they fly. I’m not sure why I didn’t know wild turkeys could fly but they surprised me when they flew off into the woods.

Oops– I spelled your lovely place wrong, but other than that it does sound wonderful — in St. Louis we have the botanical gardens, which are amazing for bird watching 🙂

We get turkeys in our yard every once in a while. Our latest wildlife was a black bear!
