Lovely and I’m sure they will be delicious, too..

My apple tree is a crab apple, so my apples are about 1/2-inch in diameter. Yours look yummy.

I bet the birds are happy to eat them!

I’m hoping the birds and the squirrels leave me enough of them to make a pie!

I tired growing apples.
I gave up.

That made me laugh because my tree took ten years to produce apples. I thought I was doing something wrong!

Wow, your apples are awesome! I wish we had planted a regular apple tree instead of crab apples that I don’t like as much. Yum – they make me think of an apple pie…

Yes, hopefully apple pie is in my future!

A perfect pair (and some in the background)! I prefer apples like these, unwaxed, organic, and recently picked. 🙂

They aren’t as sweet as the ones in the store, but tart apples are good too. And yes, definitely organic. No chemicals in my yard.

They look really good. I have an apple tree but the birds have been at it. I think they need it more than me, so I don’t mind so much. But yours are great!

I rarely get any of the apples for myself. I have to be quick to pick the ripe ones. The birds and the squirrels do a good job pecking and chewing at most of them. Then the bunny eats the ones on the ground. I ate one today but a quarter of it was spoiled by peck marks, but that’s ok, peck marks are better than chemicals. (I don’t spray the tree, too many critters in my yard.)

I’ve made apple sauce in previous years, but now I just tend to leave the apples for the birds. The only thing I don’t like is that it attracts wasps.
